Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Free on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options to additional countries in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier website.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at lunessacs@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at lunessacs@gmail.com within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are automatically shipped according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
