Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to a recurring order, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day guarantee policy.
